Calendar sync with Google, Apple or Outlook

Go to Settings › Calendar sync (tutors: Calendar in the top menu). Click "Add to Google Calendar" (on a computer; Google's phone app can't add calendars, but shows them once added), "Apple Calendar" (then Subscribe), or "Outlook" (then Import). Or copy the private link under "Or copy your private link" and paste it into any calendar app's subscribe-by-URL option.

New students, cancellations and makeup lessons show up on their own. It covers the last 30 days and the next 4 months. Google checks for changes every few hours; Apple Calendar and Outlook usually within the hour. Parent names and emails are in each event's notes.

It's one way: your calendar shows LessonPaid's lessons, view-only. Changes made in your calendar app don't come back into LessonPaid, and LessonPaid doesn't read your other events.

With a team, owners and admins get a "Whole studio" calendar and a "Just my students" calendar, and each tutor gets their own. Families get a calendar link in the family portal (Calendar tab).

Keep the link private: anyone with it can see lesson times and parent contact details. Shared it by mistake? Click "Make a new link" and the old one stops working.
