“I kept hearing the same thing from music teachers: the teaching is wonderful, but chasing payments ruins their evenings and makes things awkward with families they love. So I built the tool I wished they had.”
LessonPaid is a small, independent product. When you email, you get me, not a support queue. If you're one of our founding studios, I'll personally set up your studio and your ideas will shape what we build next.

Questions
Do parents need to create an account?+
No. They get normal emails and a simple invoice link. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
How do parents actually pay me?+
However they pay you today. Paste your Stripe payment link, PayPal.me, Venmo or bank details into Settings and it appears on every invoice. The money goes straight to you, and we never take a cut.
What exactly is the Founding Studio Pass?+
A one-time payment of $297 for lifetime access to LessonPaid (for as long as LessonPaid runs), including every feature we add later, plus done-for-you setup, the "Get Paid On Time" kit and direct access to the founder. It's limited to 50 studios and closes November 30, whichever comes first. After that it's gone for good.
How does the guarantee work?+
Use LessonPaid for up to 60 days. If it isn't saving you time, or you just don't love it, email hello@lessonpaid.com and you get a full refund. No forms, no hoops.
What does “done-for-you setup” mean?+
Send us your student list in any format (a spreadsheet, a typed list, even a photo of your notebook) and we'll add every student, parent and lesson slot for you, usually the same day.
Can I bill at the start of the month, in advance?+
Yes. Invoice any month you like and it includes every lesson scheduled in that month. Cancel a lesson and it isn't billed.
Is it only for piano teachers?+
It works for any private teacher who sees students on a regular schedule: piano, guitar, violin, voice, drums, tutoring and more.
