Telling parents how to pay you

Go to Settings and find "How parents pay you". Add a payment link, payment instructions or both. They show on every invoice.

• Payment link (optional): paste a link such as https://paypal.me/yourname or a Stripe payment link (it must start with https://). Invoices then show a big "Pay now" button that opens it.
• Payment instructions: type exactly how families should pay, such as your Venmo handle, Zelle email, bank details for a transfer, or "cash or check at your next lesson". It shows on every invoice under "How to pay".

Also here: "Invoices due after" (Due immediately, 3, 5, 7, 14 or 30 days). Click "Save settings".

The money goes straight to you. LessonPaid never touches it and takes 0%. Because LessonPaid can't see your Venmo or bank account, mark invoices paid yourself when the money arrives (or confirm when a parent clicks "I've already paid").

Parents can also pay by card right on the invoice, into your own Stripe account (see "Card payments on invoices").
