Free trial and plans

Every studio starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card required. A banner shows the days left, with "See plans".

Plans (prices in US dollars; taxes may be added where they apply):

• Monthly: $15/month, charged when you subscribe and then every month until you cancel.
• Founding Studio Pass: $297 once, for lifetime access, while spots last (50 studios, closes November 30, 2026).

Both include every feature and unlimited students and staff logins, with no per-teacher fees.

To subscribe, the owner goes to Settings › Plans & billing (or "See plans"), ticks the box agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and clicks "Subscribe monthly" or "Claim my Founding spot". Payment is by Stripe. "Manage subscription" updates your card or cancels.

Free trial limits (they stop a free trial being used for spam): 25 invoice emails, 25 lesson reminders and 25 lesson-note emails a day; announcements to 25 families, 2 a day; portal invites to 25 families a day; 5 team invites a day; 10 invoice resends a day; 25 MB of file storage; no text messages.

When the trial ends, LessonPaid pauses (no reminders or follow-ups go out) until you pick a plan. Your students, lessons and invoices stay saved and carry over. Admins and tutors can't change the plan: billing is managed by the studio owner.
