Contacting the founder

Email hello@lessonpaid.com. A real person replies: LessonPaid is built and run by its founder, Daniyal. LessonPaid is run from Dubai (UAE), so replies can come outside US business hours. The address is also at the bottom of every page in the app.

Good things to email about: help with an import or setup (attach your file), a bug or something that looks wrong (say what you clicked and what you saw), a feature request, a refund under the Pass's 90-day guarantee, closing your account (from the owner's email address), or a security worry.

Founding Studio Pass holders also get a direct line to the founder, done-for-you setup (subject: "Founding Studio setup") and the "Your feature, built" request form under Settings › Plans & billing.

Parents with a question about an invoice or a lesson should contact their teacher: every invoice shows the teacher's email.
