Money-back guarantee and refunds
The Founding Studio Pass has a 90-day "love it or it's free" guarantee. Email hello@lessonpaid.com within 90 days of buying it and ask for a refund; you don't need to give a reason. You get the full $297 back to your original payment method (your bank may take a few days to show it).
After a refund, the Pass ends and your account goes back to the standard plans: you can use any trial days left or subscribe monthly. Your data stays. The guarantee can be used once per studio.
The monthly plan doesn't have a money-back guarantee; instead you can cancel any time and aren't charged again. There are no refunds for partial months.
The free trial takes no card, so there's nothing to refund. Please email us rather than disputing a charge with your bank: a chargeback can pause your account until it's settled.
