I already use Venmo (or Zelle, PayPal, cash) and a spreadsheet
Keep Venmo. LessonPaid doesn't change how parents pay you: put your Venmo handle, Zelle email, PayPal.me link or "cash at the lesson" in Settings › How parents pay you, and it shows on every invoice. The money goes straight to you and LessonPaid takes nothing.
What goes away is the spreadsheet work: LessonPaid counts each family's lessons for the month (leaving out cancellations), sends the invoices in one click, emails lesson reminders, chases overdue invoices politely, and parents tap "I've already paid" instead of you scrolling Venmo to work out who paid.
You still mark invoices paid yourself when money arrives by Venmo or Zelle, because LessonPaid can't see those accounts. It's one click, and the Lessons page shows what's outstanding.
Try it free for 14 days alongside your spreadsheet and see which you'd rather keep.
Names like Settings › Team are menus inside LessonPaid, once you're signed in. Already have an account? Log in. Still stuck? Email hello@lessonpaid.com.
