The Get Paid On Time kit
Settings › Get Paid Kit has copy-and-paste studio policies and parent emails that stop payment problems before they start. Your studio name, your name and your payment terms are filled in; replace anything left in {braces} and click Copy.
Templates: Studio payment policy; Cancellation & makeup policy; Announcement: switching to automatic invoices; Welcome email for new families; What to say when someone is late paying (in person or by text); and Rate increase announcement.
The Studio payment policy is free for everyone. The rest unlock with the Founding Studio Pass.
Paste policies into Settings › Studio policies › "Your studio policies" so families see them (and accept them, if you turn that on), or send the emails from Messages. They're starting points, not legal advice: adapt them to your studio and local rules.
