Done-for-you setup
Send your student list in any format (a spreadsheet, an export from TutorBird or My Music Staff, a typed list, even a photo of your notebook) to hello@lessonpaid.com, and we'll add every student, parent and weekly lesson slot for you.
Done-for-you setup is included with the Founding Studio Pass. Pass holders find it under Settings › Plans & billing; use the subject "Founding Studio setup". We aim to have it done within one business day, often the same day.
On the free trial or the monthly plan, the Import page does most of the work in about 10 minutes, and if an import gets stuck you can still email your file and we'll import it.
Afterwards, check your students, families, lesson times and prices before you send invoices: lists are often messy, and the final data is yours to confirm. Only send information you have the right to share; we use it only to set up your account.
