Branding and editable emails

Go to Settings › Branding & emails to make every email and invoice look like it came from your studio.

Logo: PNG or JPG up to 500 KB (a wide logo on a transparent or white background looks best); click "Upload". Brand color: used for buttons and accents on emails, invoices, the family portal and your studio page. Sign-off: ends every email, and can use {teacher_name}.

Edit the three automatic emails on their tabs: Invoice email, Lesson reminder and Overdue reminder. Each has a Subject line and Message. "Click to insert" adds tags such as {parent_name}, {student_name}, {studio_name}, {teacher_name}, {month}, {amount}, {due_date}, {lesson_time} or {late_fee} (the list depends on the email). The amount, due date and "View & pay invoice" button are added under the invoice message automatically. "Reset this email to the default" undoes your changes, and the preview uses sample data.

Click "Save branding & emails", then "Email me a test of all 3" to check them in your inbox.

Emails arrive from your studio name plus "via LessonPaid" (for example "Harmony Piano Studio via LessonPaid"), and replies go to your own email. Sending from your own email domain isn't available.
