Emails when tutors change lessons

Have tutors? Get one email a day listing the lessons they changed. Go to Settings › Team, tick "Email me when tutors change lessons" and click "Save". It's off until you turn it on, only the owner can switch it, and it goes to the owner's email address.

What's in it: each lesson a tutor cancelled, put back or added (an extra or makeup lesson) since the last one, tutor by tutor, with the student, the day and time and a link to the lesson. The subject says how many, for example "Lesson changes by your tutors: 2 cancelled, 1 added".

It comes with LessonPaid's daily run, only on days after a tutor changed something. A lesson that ended up as it was (cancelled and then put back, or added and then cancelled) isn't listed, and neither is one you've changed back yourself since. Your own and your admins' changes aren't included. Family cancellations from the family portal aren't either: you already get an email for each one straight away.

Changes made while it's off aren't kept for later, and switching it off drops anything waiting for the next email. If an email can't be sent, its changes go out with the next day's. The list of changes is deleted after 30 days.
