Staff logins: tutors, admins and the owner

Staff logins are free and unlimited, with no per-teacher fees. Go to Settings › Team, enter a Name and Email under "Add a team member", choose Tutor or Admin, and click "Send invite". They get an email, sign in with their own address and choose to join; there's no password to share. Until then they show "Not joined yet".

Tutor: sees only their own students and lesson schedule. They can mark attendance, write lesson notes, add files, cancel lessons and add makeup lessons for their students, and see "My pay" (if you use payroll) and their own Calendar. No invoices, prices or settings.

Admin: can do everything the owner can (students, invoices, team, branding, settings) except billing for the LessonPaid plan. Only the owner can add admins.

Owner: the person who created the account. Only the owner manages the plan, connects Stripe and changes payroll rules.

Assign students with the Teacher picker on each student; the Lessons page can filter by teacher. "Make admin" / "Make tutor" changes a role (owner only), and "Remove" takes away access immediately and moves their students to you.

Invites: up to 50 a day (5 during the free trial). Someone who belongs to more than one studio gets a "Switch studio" button.
