Makeup times families book in the portal

Post open times and families with a makeup credit book one themselves, with no back-and-forth. With Settings › Makeup rules on, the Lessons page has a "Makeup times" link (Lessons › Makeup times).

"Add a makeup time": pick the Date, Start time, Length (minutes) and Spots (how many families can book it), the Teacher if you have a team (only that teacher's students see it), and an optional note such as "Makeup Saturday". Click "Add makeup time". Or open a cancelled lesson that's still to come and click "Offer this slot as a makeup time": its time and length become a makeup time with one spot, so a slot a family freed up gets filled.

Families see them on the Makeups tab of the family portal, and the Overview says, for example, "You have 1 makeup credit (use by Dec 31)." They only see times that fit: at least as long as their lesson, with their own teacher, on or before their credit's last day (and a leaving student's last day), and not on a day the studio is closed. One tap on "Book this time" books it: a free makeup lesson on their Lessons page and calendar feed, a confirmation email, the usual reminder the day before, and an email to you (and the student's tutor). When two families go for the last spot at once, only one gets it.

Booking closes 24 hours before each time; change it under "Families can book a makeup time until" in Settings › Makeup rules. A time closer than that, or on a day the studio is closed, can't be added or offered (nobody could book it). A time offered from a cancelled lesson can only be booked while that lesson stays cancelled, and once a family has booked it, the lesson can't be restored until that makeup is cancelled. The family portal must be on for families to book (Settings › Family portal), and they cancel a booked makeup like any lesson, within your notice.

The Makeup times page lists what's coming up ("1 of 2 booked", and who booked), "Who's owed a makeup" (students with credits to use and when they run out) and the last 30 days. "Remove" deletes a time nobody booked; one with bookings is taken down (no new bookings), and the families keep their makeup lessons.
