Exporting your data

You own your data and can export it any time. At the bottom of Reports, "Download your data" has CSV files that open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets: Invoices (every invoice with its status), Payments (paid invoices by the date they were paid) and Expenses (expenses and mileage trips), each for the dates you picked or "All time", plus Students (everyone, archived students too).

Also: "Download CSV" on the Expenses page and on each paid payroll under Payroll › History; "Print or save as PDF" on the Tax summary; and "Download" on any lesson file. Parents can "Save as PDF" from their invoice.

Lesson notes and attendance history aren't in the CSV files yet. If you need a full copy of your account, or your plan has ended, email hello@lessonpaid.com and we'll help.

If LessonPaid ever shuts down, you'll get at least 30 days' notice (90 days for Founding Studio Pass holders) and a way to export your data.
